How we can help you

We believe everyone has the right to be listened to and understood. We know opening up about your feelings is not easy. That’s why we work hard to create a friendly, supportive and non-judgmental environment, where you can safely express yourself.

Services by age group

Our service supports individuals and families across the lifespan; from early childhood through to adulthood. Providing understanding of developmental stages and challenges that occur at different times in our life. This helps provide understanding of intergenerational patterns and enables the coordination of support more effectively within families.

Assessments and testing 

Psychological assessment is a structured process used to better understand how a person thinks, feels, learns, and behaves. Through interviews, standardized testing, and questionnaires, we gather information that helps clarify concerns, identify strengths, and guide effective treatment or support planning.

Therapeutic approaches

We offer a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet your individual needs. They can include; individual, dyadic or family sessions. Sessions can be provided in person (see our clinics) or remotely, (when appropriate).
We are not a crisis service and are not able to offer urgent appointments.

If you think a child, young person or adult is at immediate risk of harm or is not safe, please contact urgent help services as soon as possible.
