• Assessment or therapy records for adults: 7 years after last contact.
• Assessment or therapy records for minors: until age 25.
• Financial records: 7 years.

After this, all data is securely destroyed.

You can request a copy of your data (Subject Access Request) by contacting our Data Protection Officer.

• Usually free of charge.
• Responses provided within 30 days.
• Identity verification is required.
