Therapy for adults
Family Focused offers individual psychological therapy for adults. For most of us, there are times when we will experience emotional and psychological distress. This can be the result of a particular event or set of circumstances, or sometimes the cause is not always obvious. Sometimes support from friends and family is not available or not able to make a difference.
Family Focused aims to provide a safe, reliable and empathic therapeutic relationship within which you can explore and understand the difficulties, and figure out what to do next.
Common difficulties we can help with include:
Low mood / depression
Anxiety, worries and stress
Anger and aggression
