Cancellations for Therapy Assessment and Sessions
If you need to cancel an appointment then please give as much notice as possible.
If less than 48 hours notice is given then the session will be charged in full.
We will try to rearrange appointments if we have 48 hours notice. It may be possible to offer a session by phone or Skype if there is no other way for us to meet.
Cancellations for other services
We require 10 working days notice of cancellations, otherwise charges are applied on a sliding scale as follows:
- 25% of the total cost of the estimated charges, if less than 10 Business Days notice is given
- 50% of the total cost of the estimate charges if less than 3 Business Days notice is given;
- 75% of the total cost of the estimate charges if less than 48 hours notice is given;
- 100% of the total cost of the estimate charges if less than 24 hours notice is given.
